How it all started...
In February 2001, God brought together 15 families with a shared vision—to see a church where His Word was taught faithfully, His love was shown freely, and His people were equipped to reach the world. That vision from God became New Antioch Bible Fellowship. Our very first services were held at Diley Middle School in Pickerington, Ohio, where laughter, worship, and heartfelt prayer filled the space. From the start, our heart was to reach families, walking alongside them in faith and life.
The vision for NABF was given to our senior pastor, Dr. Trent D. Hayes, who stepped out in faith to lead this new ministry. Rooted in the Great Commission of Matthew 28:16–20, we began as a non-denominational church committed to making disciples. In February 2008, we joyfully affiliated with the Southern Baptist denomination—yet our mission and principles have never wavered. Hayes continued to serve God and His people faithfully for the next 16 years. In March 2017, Dr. Hayes announced his retirement. This was a moment to celebrate all that God had accomplished through his ministry.

Expanding the vision...
In July 2017, Reverend Donald Fields and First Lady Henrietta were called to serve God and His people at New Antioch Bible Fellowship. The church soon voted for them to continue their labor of love for the cause of Christ and His people for the next seven years. During their leadership, NABF expanded its vision and accomplished many milestones, including the removal of the affiliation with the OBSC denomination, paying off the church’s mortgage debt, and installing new carpet and chairs in the sanctuary.
Before their retirement in 2025, Reverend Fields and First Lady Henrietta worked diligently to build upon the foundation laid since our birth in 2001. They upheld the structure and framework established by the Word of God and modeled a lifestyle centered on Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church. Their dedication and service have left a lasting imprint, ensuring that New Antioch Bible Fellowship remains faithful to its mission.

Where we are headed...
The leadership of New Antioch Bible Fellowship committed to obedience and careful adherence to the church’s constitution throughout the pastoral selection process. Guided and led by the presence of the Holy Spirit, the church exercised due diligence with fairness toward all candidates. Each candidate was thoroughly vetted, interviewed, and given the opportunity to preach for the congregation. This process brought the church together in unity as they prayerfully considered who God was calling to lead next.
In December 2025, Elder Clemon Lashane Fox was nominated and voted on by the body. He received enough votes to satisfy the required two-thirds quorum of those present. On February 2, 2025, Pastor-elect Clemon Lashane Fox was officially installed as the new pastor of New Antioch Bible Fellowship. To God be the glory as we enter this new chapter of faithful service and ministry!
